If you have seen something in the communal areas of the building that you feel needs attention, Please let us know using the form below.

Submitting a request will log the issue with ABA and the buildings managing agents, and enable us to keep a record of outstanding works.

Do not report issues with individual flats, as they can not be included or acted on. All maintenance required to flats is the sole responsibility of the leaseholder (including but not limited to, plumbing, drainage, decoration, electrical, internet and telephone, locksmithing).
